She developed multiple high-performing teams from the ground up and quickly brought struggling departments to high performance through leadership, organization, and KPI accountability.

She built two high ticket coaching programs with annual contracts of over $2M, maintaining a 48% profit margin. She dramatically improved the customer retention rate from 30% to 72%.

Her famed operational prowess was honed as owner and manager of a personal training business with sales and fulfillment cumulative of $1M. A true spreadsheet superstar, Stacy not only ensures the day-to-day financial operations of the company, she seamlessly executes everything from proofing products before they go live to creating templates to handling Brandon and Kaelin’s personal finances. As everyone knows a good Executive Assistant is worth their weight gold which is why Brandon and Kaelin have tapped Liz to be their personal EA as well. In addition to her advanced calendar management, Liz is a highly experienced and skilled operations management professional with a strong track record of developing high-performing teams. She is equipped with a range of skills and experience including project management, social media management, e-commerce, and customer service.
